Tom Gentry from Age UK will be speaking at the GM Conference in October on recent reforms across the NHS and social care and consider how they may impact older people’s care into the future. In this spotlight interview, he talks about how the pandemic unlocked a lot of strong local collaboration to better support older people, but now that support is dropping away as the crisis in social care deepens.
